This book is quite short considering the topic (39 unnumbered pages, large font, big spaces). The grammatical errors were awful. If I had looked closer at the subtitle (i.e. Learn how to be a good parent to todlers, babies and teenagers and to raise an adult), I would not have purchased it. The language and content are amateur. It reads like a bad high school term paper. From p.3, "You really need to take a time and really think about your children. Forget all the advices you've got from your parents, forget what others are doing with their children, forget about all the Dr. Phils in the world and dig really deep into their personality. Take time to get to know your child. It is worth it." This book was certainly not worth the price.Product details

The concept is there but it's so poorly written it's hard to get through it and it's very short.
Really practical advise. I appreciate the insights gained from this book.
In this short audiobook (about a half and hour), there was a lot of information. Though a lot of it was stuff I had already read, heard, or practiced, there is still information which is quite helpful and useful. I listened to the Audible version by myself, and because it is so short, it is easy to listen to again and again so that you can refresh your memory, or listen easily with a spouse. The narrator has a good voice, which doesn't detract from the information being given. (I sometimes get distracted if it is a bad narration and can't follow along with what is being said.) This narrator, Eddie Leonard Jr., only added to my enjoyment of the book. I would recommend it for parents as a simple, short, informational books about parenting. I'm definitely going to apply some of the techniques that I learned in it.
I thought this was a book in the Parenting with Love & Logic series. It is not. It is poorly written and has so many mistakes. I wouldn't recommend this book at all.
Being a father of a 2 year old and a 3 year old, I'm really glad I got this book. It provides to the point, useful tips that helps be better parenting. There are so many mistakes we make bringing up our kids and this book really helps to better ourselves as parents. If you're raising kids, I'd highly recommend this book.
This was incredibly bad. I saw another review say that an edited version had been uploaded, but I read it last night (in about 20 minutes due to its short length) and it is so full of errors and mistakes that it was just embarrassing to read. The advice was facile and sounded like someone pontificating about parenthood over breakfast, rather than a knowledgeable expert imparting wisdom of any kind. Nothing in there that didn't seem obvious, and very little about actual willful children specifically. Just brutally bad. I have no idea where these other high-start reviews are coming from.
Truth be told, this is the first time again after 10 years since my daughter was born did I read something about a book on Parenting. And I must admit, after reading this eBook, I can proudly say that I've raised my daughter well judging by her temperament and how she carries herself in our house, her school and in public. This recently published eBook by author Robin Forest, Parenting With Love and Logic From Strong-Willed to Wholehearted Kid, is an affirmation that the methodology I practiced in rearing my daughter was spot-on perfect. Kudos to Ms. Forest for such an incredible literature on Parenting. Cheers!!!
